Whilst undertaking the Stoked Surf Bali program you will be staying at the Kuta Puri Hotel in the iconic Poppies Lane 1, right in the heart of Kuta. Located less than 100 meters from the beach gives you easy access to your surf lessons and for when you want to practice your surfing skills or just chill out at the beach. The Kuta Puri has beautiful gardens, large spacious rooms, two swimming pools, spa and restaurant. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants, beach bars and only a few minutes walk to the large Beachwalk shopping center.

Is transport included?

Transport is free for those staying in Tuban, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Jimbaran. If you are staying outside these areas a surcharge applies. If you are staying in Canggu add $5 one way or $10 return If you are staying in Nusa Dua, Bukit, Benoa or Sanur add $8 one way or $15 return. If you are staying in Ubud, add $18 one way or $28 return If you are not sure, please contact us. If a surcharge applies to you, please pay before your lesson or when you arrive at our accommodation (for those purchasing a lesson/accommodation or tour accommodation package
Are your lesson times flexible?

We have selected specific times for group lessons each day based on the best tidal conditions for learning. Group lessons are therefore held at these times. We can be a little more flexible with Private lessons and family lessons. If our nominated time does not suit you, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
Do I need to sign an indemnity form?

yes, we need you to sign an indemnity form. If you are under 18 your parent/guardian needs to sign the form on your behalf
What is minimum age of my children?

You know your family best. The suitable age to undertake an activity will vary for each activity and with the skills, confidence and experience of your child. You should note that Sobek raftings' insurance covers children from 7 years of age. We think 7 is about the right minimum age for most of the activities included here. If you wish to bring younger children, please feel free to contact us to discuss your itinerary and how we can best look after your children.
Can i make change to this itinerary?

If there are things you would like to change, please contact us before booking and we will personalise an itinerary to suit your personal requirements.

Will there be anyone else on my active Break?

No, your booking is just for you and whoever else you have booked with. The guide/driver is 100% yours and at your service. Some of your activities will be just you whilst some you will be joining other people who have also booked the same activity that day.
what happens if a booked activity cannot be undertaken due to reason like rain, wind, high water on river etc?

Sometimes an activity provider will be forced to cancel an activity where the conditions are unsuitable/unsafe to proceed with the activity. For example, sometimes when river levels get too high, it becomes unsuitable to go rafting or canyoning If an activity is cancelled, we will do our best to either re-program the activity (wherever possible) or offer an alternative activity but please remember that these situations are outside of our control and part of the risk of planning outdoor activities.
Where there is a choice, when do we have to choose our preferred activities

Wherever possible we require a minimum 2 weeks notice to book your chosen activities. We will be in contact with you once you book to ask you about your choices so we can arrange everything for you. If your booking is within 2 weeks then rest assured, we will get things organised.
