Day 1 : Arrival – Nairobi

Day 2 : Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

Location: Lake Nakuru National Park

The safari starts in Nairobi where our driver will pick you in the morning and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will have a brief stop at the The Great Rift Valley view point in Mai Mahiu. On arrival, you will enter the park and have an en route game drive as you head towards your hotel. After check in you will have lunch and a short rest. In the late afternoon, you will have a game drive in the park.

Day 3 : Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast leave for full day game drive to a home to over 3million large mammals. Our game drive takes us to searching the animals which include Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant, Rhino, Hyena, Cheetah, Jackal, warthog, giraffe, zebra, antelope and many different bird species. Picnic lunch will be served at Mara River as you watch out for the migration. Dinner & overnight at the Camp/Lodge.

This safari was amazing!

The safari holiday bookings team was very punctual on the days we were picked up and dropped off. The night drive took us to the Masai Mara and we were able to see all of the wild animals we had never seen before. The day safari took us around the Masai Mara National Reserve and our driver was very knowledgeable about all of the different animals and the vegetation in the area. I would highly recommend this company for your safari in Kenya!

We had an amazing Safari adventure through Africa Safari Bookings, with expert planning help by Claude and Edmond, and assistance during the trip provided by Francis. Our initial plans to travel in July 2020 had to be cancelled due to Covid and closed borders, but the staff were very professional and remained in communication, and so when we were able to travel once more we had confidence we could use this company again. Our customized itinerary included visits to Bomas cultural, Giraffe and Elephant centers in Nairobi, game viewing at Amboseli National Park, crossing border to Tanzania, taking in the sights at Lake Manyara, game drive through Ngorongoro Crater, exploration of the Serengeti, crossing back to Kenya for game drives at Masai Mara, then to visit Lake Naivasha for boat ride and nature walk, on to Lake Nakuru for another game drive, and lastly to the famous Samburu National Park in the North. We got to see all the Big 5, as well as the Ugly 5, cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, many species of bird, variety of Antelope from largest (Eland) to smallest (dik-dik) in the world, and we got to see the Samburu 5 (Grevy's zebra, long-necked gerenuk, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich and Beisa oryx). Our drivers in both Kenya and Tanzania were knowledgeable, excellent spotters and respectful of animals. The vehicles were safe, sturdy and well-maintained. All in all a fantastic trip, which was well organised and managed by Africa Safari Bookings Advisory Center. I am happy to recommend using them for your tour.
