Day 1 : Arrival in Bari/Alberobello
Location: Bari, Alberobello
Accommodation: Agriturismo

Arrive at Bari airport where you will pick-up your van and drive to the Alberobello area to check-in at your agriturismo. Check-in and dinner at a local restaurant in a trullo for your welcome dinner.
Day 2 : Alberobello/Locorotondo/Cisternino
Location: Locorotondo, Cisternino, Alberobello
Accommodation: Agriturismo
Meals Included: Breakfast
Breakfast at the agriturismo and guided visit of Alberobello, the UNESCO-protected city known for its old stone houses Trulli. The city is at your disposal. In the afternoon drive around Valle d’Itria to admire the wonderful landscape full of dry stone white walls, vineyards and millenary olive trees. You can visit Locorotondo and have lunch there and then to Cisternino for an aperitivo at sunset overlooking Valle D’Itria. You will have dinner on your own.
Day 3 : Matera
Location: Matera
Accommodation: Agriturismo

Breakfast at the hotel. You will meet your guide and then walk in Matera, an amazing UNESCO-protected city. You must walk in the “Sassi” area with its winding streets and houses built by and in caves of tufts. A unique city that is not forgotten after a visit. In the afternoon visit the Belvedere di Murgia Timone, where you can appreciate the panorama of Matera from the other side of the canyon and visit the stone churches on this side of the hill. Back to the hotel and get ready for dinner on your own. Drive back to Alberobello. Dinner on your own.
Day 4 : Ostuni
Location: Ostuni
Accommodation: Agriturismo
Meals Included: Breakfast, Olive-oil tasting
Breakfast at the agriturismo. Drive to Ostuni, the white city. This town boasts a wonderful mediaeval village, rich with alleys and whitewashed houses in a maze of streets which recalls an Arab Kasbah. The afternoon is reserved for the visit of an olive pressing mill where you will learn how olive oil is made and have olive oil tastings. Back to Alberobello and dinner on your own.
Day 5 : Polignano/Bari/Bisceglie
Location: Bari, Polignano a Mare, Bisceglie
Accommodation: Agriturismo
Meals Included: Breakfast
Breakfast at the agriturismo. Drive to Polignano to take some pictures of this amazing town on the sea, very iconic now in Puglia. We will provide you with a web app to discover the city playing a game. You can be divided in teams and challenge your travel pals. Drive then to Bari. You can visit the Basilica of San Nicola, the Cathedral, the Old Town, Piazza Ferrarese e Mercantile and the castle. Drive to Bisceglie to check in at your agriturismo.
Day 6 : Murgia / Castel del Monte / Trani
Location: Trani, Castel del Monte
Accommodation: Agriturismo
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch
Drive to visit a family-owned agriturismo where you will meet the owners that will take you around their farmhouse showing you the vegetable garden, the wheat fields and other fruit trees. They will show you how they make flour from wheat and you will have a baking class followed by a healthy lunch with all the ingredients that come from their farm. In the afternoon, you can visit Castel del Monte, a UNESCO heritage castle for a guided tour with a local guide. Late afternoon drive back to visit Trani for dinner on your own. Back to Bisceglie at night.
Day 7 : Departure
Location: Bari

Breakfast at the agriturismo and drive back to Bari for departure.
