Our two-day wildlife adventure of the Gippsland region will bring you back to nature’s wonders. Discover native animals in their natural habitat including Kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, brilliantly coloured birds and numerous rare & endangered species. Witness the magical Penguin Parade at dusk as hundreds of little penguins arrive on Summerland beach after a day of fishing. Our guide will take you on some of the very best short hikes and wildlife walks in the stunning Wilsons Promontory National Park. This region is a truly unspoilt nature's lovers paradise, home to sweeping coastal views, famous beaches, bush hikes, camping grounds and vast sand dune deserts.

Day 1 : Experience wildlife on Phillip Island

If you are a wildlife lover, our tour to Phillip Island is a real treat! In the morning board a ferry and cross over Port Phillip Bay. Watch out for dolphins who love to swim in the wake! Moonlit Sanctuary is home to many native and endangered Australian animals, you will even have the opportunity to hand feed some Kangaroos. Finish your day overlooking Summerland Beach, waiting for the Little Penguins to arrive after a long days fishing.
Day 2 : Explore Wilsons Promontory
Location: Wilsons Promontory
Accommodation: Hostel, Hotel
Located at the southernmost region of mainland Australia, this wildlife haven will inspire and intrigue even the most discerning traveller, with its panoramic views, pristine white beaches, coastal forest, cool climate rainforests and well preserved walking tracks. The Prom is home to many marsupials, such as wombats and kangaroos, native birds and other native animals such as emus, which with a little bit of luck you are able to see up close. The best way to explore the Prom is on foot, so you will no doubt enjoy your stroll along some spectacular tracks such as Lilly Pilly Gully or enjoy amazing panoramic views offered on the Verekers Outlook track, Mount Oberon or Mount Bishop (easy to medium graded walks).

Are children permitted to take part in the tour?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome on tour. Should parents wish to bring their child (aged 0-15), they MUST book a private room. Children's pricing for extended tours is the same as for adults. Cots can be provided for infants on request, but must be arranged with the tour operator in writing prior to the date of departure. Parents or carers must provide their own bedding for the infant.
