Istanbul and Cappadocia Package

Our family of 8 members, booked a 13 Nights-14 days turkey tour with Mr Ozgur, owner of City of sultans tour and travel agency. The service and response of this travel agency was excellent. All hotels were great in Cappadocia, Antalya, Pamukkale and Istanbul, but we found the best hotel was in Cappadocia (Design cappadocia). For their panoramic views of hot air balloons every early mornings. The tour guides Neelay, Sabiha, Ibrahim, and Saleha and the mini bus drivers Faruk, Umit, Burak were perfect. In surprise Mr Ozgur had arranged all mini bus as private only for our family members. The tour was arranged very well. The tour guides and bus drivers were on time at the gate of hotel. Everything was just amazing. It was a pleasure travelling with City of sultans tour and travel agency. Our family members highly recommends city of sultans as best for families. Absolutely delighted with our short break in Cappadocia and the service from City of Sultans. We contacted them with our ideas of what we were looking for and they gave us a couple of options and recommendations to choose from. The hotel we chose was not the cheapest of their options but also was not expensive and we were delighted with it as it was extremely comfortable and the owners could not do enough for us. Our private guide was excellent giving us a great day tour and taking account of one of our party of 4 who unfortunately was not as mobile as he would have liked, due to poor health. Our guide, Serdar, at all times made sure we were happy and was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the history of the region and gave us some ideas of things to see and do on our own the following day. No trip to Cappadocia is complete without a hot air balloon ride and the company which City of Sultans use for their clients was very professional with the pilot pointing out the major landmarks and points of interest. Overall we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend City of Sultans as the perfect agency to use for Cappadocia and from the professionalism we experienced we will definitely use them for future tours in other parts of Turkey.

Touring with City of Sultans was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. They took care of all our requests, and ensured that we had nothing to worry about in a foreign land. Also, both Aydin and Ozgur were available at all times on call. Would love or tour again with them on our next trip to Turkey! Very reliable travel agent! All our hotel bookings, tours and internal flights were booked by them. Our contact was Ozgur Ates. Very well planned and coordinated. Our transport was always on time, hotels were very good and excellent English speaking tour guides. This agent is very accommodating and flexible. I will definitely use them again. We paid in advance from South Africa and had absolutely no problems. Although we had not met Mr. Ozgur personally, he was constantly in contact with us throughout the trip.

We had an excellent tour from the first class accommodations, to quality guides, to well organized connections, and, most importantly, to beautiful natural and historic sites. Each day brought new wonders, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Osgur was very helpful introducing us to our itinerary, and accommodating us by arranging additional nights in Istanbul and airport transfers after our tour. We loved Turkey and hope to return soon.
