Everything about it was perfect. The guides and drivers were wonderful. Hot Air Balloon tour was really lifetime experience City of Sultans is an excellent company to deal with. They responded to our request quickly and adjusted our itinerary to accommodate our interests. All of the hotels were wonderful and the personal guides they supplied were extremely knowledgeable and flexible. Mr Ozgur planned our trip with attention to every detail and the logistics went off without a hitch. I would recommend City of Sultans to anyone who wants to explore Turkey From the beginning of planning the trip till the minute we got home, Ozgur at City of Sultans was AMAZING! We knew that we wanted to go to Turkey but short of a few areas of interest, we needed guidance. Although I was contacted by 3 travel agencies, it was Mr. Ozgur who took the time and interest to really listen to what we wanted and took such a personal interest in making our trip very special.

My daughter, my wife, and I immensely enjoyed the Turkey tour we took through your company. Our guide was very kind and willing to help, and our driver, Mr. Suleyman, was exceptional: he was attentive, curteous, and very pleasant. The car was very comfortable, and the itinerary was interesting. The food was generally good throughout. The dinner in Tusan Hotel, the lunch in Konya, the lunch in Istanbul, and the breakfast in Point Hotel were particulary impressive. Most of the hotels we stayed in were comfortable and convenient, and we could access the Internet for free in all but one hotel. The Turkey tour went above the low expectations that we had set from visiting Egypt and other neighboring countries. I would definately recommend your company to anyone interested in touring Turkey. On a related note, we appreciate your endeavors to upgrade our hotel in Istanbul.

We have been back from our vacation for a couple weeks now. I want to tell you that my family and I had a fantastic time in Turkey with all your services and with your tour guides. My friend and I decided to plan a tour to turkey after being attracted of tour package posted by another vendor, but after further research we found 'City of Sultans'(COS) who had much better offers and I'm glad we did. Starting from the day I contacted COS until the last day of our tour, Mr. Ozgur who is one of the representative of COS has always been very supportive in providing all our needs and clearing all our doubts. The credit goes to the whole team of COS for pampering us throughout our tour. Best service I must say. It was more than what was expected. Please accept my belated thanks for everything you and your staff have done for me. I have brought back home a lot of wonderful memories of Istanbul and Cappadocia. I am still putting in order all the photos and video clips that I took with my digital camera. More than 2,000 photos/video clips combined. Without your assistance, I would not have been able to visit all the places I wanted to visit and to see almost all that I wanted to see during my limited time of stay there. I am well aware that you are extremely busy person, some time taking care of (a little bit too demanding) customers like me. I hope that when you reach my age, say over 65 years old, you will find time to travel to whatever countries you may dream to visit. I sincerely hope that Japan will be one of them.
