Hanoi To Hoi An Adventure

I worked with our trip consultant, Ms. Windy from Conical Travel, for the last 10 months to sort out the trip of a lifetime for my family - two parents and two small kids. Every detail was perfectly customized and my preferences for accommodations, travel styles were EXCELLENT. Our guides in Northern, Middle, Southern Vietnam and Cambodia were energetic, fluent in English and thoughtful. The service at the all hotels we stayed at was world class. Food during the trip changed by regions and was very incredible. We love everything.

We were on a 6 days trip through northern Vietnam with Conical Travel. We visited Ba Be lake, Dong Van, Ban Gioc waterfall and Ha Giang. It was a very great experience. They do not go to places where many other tourists are but show you authentic places and landscapes without bothering the people living there. Jack is great tour guide. He spoke english very well and take care me everything during trip. Tam is a very good driver whom we felt save. Thank a lot to them for great experience and warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

We booked a 6 day Majesty of Unexplored North of Vietnam trip with a German Agency who is partner with Conical Travel. We are a little bit worried because this was our first time to Vietnam, but I talked with Windy from Conical who answered all questions for us with enthusiasm and provided us with useful recommendations as well. We finally did the trip after 2 months. We went on the trip to Ha Giang, Ban Gioc Waterfall and Ba Be lake with our guide Jack and driver Hoang. Jack really did a good job to show us everything about mountainous regions and ethnic cultures. We learnt about Hmong people in Ha Giang, we stayed with Nung people in Cao Bang and mingled with Tay people in Ba Be National park. The landscape there is also awesome that I can tell for sure that I have never seen so majestic landscape like this ever before. Thank you Windy, Ivan and Conical Travel for everything you did for us. Highly recommend you to others.

Spent 3 days trekking in Pu Luong Nature reserve with Minh from Conical Travel. Unluckily the weather was bad but our guide Minh did a great job to make us happy again. Homestay experiences were superb as well. We like local food a lot. Thank Minh and the company for everything.

My partner and I completed a 5 day mountain to beach trip arranged by the incredible team at Conical Travel. We dont know how much we must say to describe our satisfaction with our trip, but there is one thing we can say that Conical is one of the best travel companies that we have been working with on our world travelling. We highly appreciated all their effort, understanding, amazing customer care and especially their profound knowledge about Vietnam because they took us to hidden paradises which are completely out of tourist traps. We travelled with Conical Travel to Vietnam in March and had a dream holiday. Conical are just excellent. Other companies that we have used which offer bespoke travel services have tried to shoehorn us into their itinerary, but not Conical. From the start Conical listened to what we wanted out of our holiday and so the tailored holiday Windy came up with was perfect for us. What really helped was Windy’ knowledge and experience of where we were going. For me, though, the mark of a really great travel company is how they deal with a problem. We had some travel woes right at the beginning of the holiday due to flights being cancelled at the last minute and Jack truly went above and beyond to ensure that our holiday remained in track. A truly great service. I can’t recommend Conical Travel enough.

We booked a trip to Vietnam using Conical Travel. We searched for a tour company that could provide an experience that would be a cut above the typical “touristy type” trip. We emphasized three things...natural beauty, culture, and reasonable prices. Well, Conical Travel not only provided this, but over delivered. We say this as having done a good amount of travel around the world. It is hard to express just how extraordinary this trip was. It honestly exceeded all expectations. From staying in truly remote cultural villages and sharing meals and culture with Vietnam, to the east coast in Ha Long Bay junk boat stay amongst the Karst ocean peaks. Culture immersion, incredible history, mind blowing scenic splendor...where do I end. Importantly the cost. The trip was extremely reasonable and not reflected at all in the abundant value you get. We highly recommend Conical Travel. I would like to add the fact that we largely organize our own trips, but I must say there is no way we could have put something like this together. Our guide Minh was the best and went over and above on a day to day basis. Thank you!!!

I and my wife did this trip as a northern part of our traveling to Vietnam. This was precisely an amazing experience. Jack our tour guide was amazing, the accommodations were very clean, food was awesome, the destinations and activities were undoubtedly must-do. One of our favorite activities is our overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay which was really beyond our expectations with breath-taking landscape, friendly crew and great service. Thank you Jack for helping us with our holiday, it was really memorable.
