You will learn to prepare the dough with bran and flour, adding a bit of salt and water to make orecchiette, cavatelli and strascinate. The cookery class will be enhanced with anectodes related to the Apulian culinary tradition and the local history. A good glass of wine will pamper your heart and stimulate your creativity.
