Day 1 : Arrival In Egypt

Location: Cairo International Airport

Arrival at Cairo airport. You will be met and assisted by our representative of "Explore Egypt With Essam" who will help you through the arrival and visa regulations. Transfer to your hotel for free time.

Day 2 : Giza Great Pyramids, Sphinx And Saqqara

Location: The Great Pyramid of Giza, Pyramid of Djoser

Your actual 9-day Egypt budget holiday just starts right now.
Today, you will visit the Giza Plateau. Today’s tour includes the Great Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure with the great Sphinx. The only ancient wonder which still remains (Khufu’s pyramid) awaits you. Are you ready to discover it from the inside?
Today you will learn about the history of the pyramids, how they were constructed, and why they were constructed? Then on to the first pyramid in history, the Step Pyramid of King Djoser at Saqqara.
Transfer to Giza Railway to board your seated train to Aswan.

Day 3 : Aswan Tour

Location: Philae Temple, Aswan High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk

Meet and assist at Aswan Railway. Your guide will commence your tour to Philae Temple, the High Dam, and the granite quarry of the Unfinished Obelisk. Transfer to your hotel in Aswan. Free evening in Aswan.

Day 4 : Abu Simbel Temples

Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Luxor with visits to the twin temple of Horus and Sobek along with the Crocodile Museum in Kom Ombo, and the most intact temple of Egypt of Horus at Edfu. Take your lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to Luxor to check in to your hotel. Free evening in Luxor.

Day 6 : Luxor Highlights

Location: Karnak, Luxor Temple, Valley of the Kings, Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and Colossi of Memnon on the west bank of Luxor. Take your lunch at a local restaurant, then proceed to Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple on the east bank. Transfer to Luxor Railway to board your seated train to Cairo.

Day 7 : Egyptian Museum, Saladin Citadel And Khan El-Khalili

Location: The Egyptian Museum, Salah Al-Din Al-Ayoubi Castle, Salah Salem Street, Cairo, Khan el-Khalili

Today, you are exploring the fantastic contents of the historical Egyptian Museum at Tahrir Square in Cairo. Hundreds of objects from all periods of the Egyptian past are displayed on the two floors of the museum. The eye-catching objects such as the golden treasure of Tutankhamen, the silver treasure of Psusennes I, the diorite statue of Khafre, and several other pieces are on view. From the museum to the Citadel of the Sunni Muslim leader Saladin, built in 1172 to protect Cairo against the Crusaders. The White Mosque of Mohammed Ali Pasha is a prominent feature of the citadel. You will finish your tour today at the historical bazaar of Khan El-Khalili, the largest bazaar in the Middle East.

Day 8 : Alexandria Highlights

Location: Citadel of Qaitbay, Serapeum and Pompey's Pillar, Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa

Today, you are driving to the beautiful City of Alexandria, the capital city of Egypt during the Greco-Roman era. Your tour includes the famous Roman Catacombs at Kom El Shoqafa, Pompey’s Pillar, the Citadel of Qaitbay, and the Library of Alexandria from outside. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After the tour, you drive back to Cairo.

Day 9 : Fly Home

Location: Cairo International Airport

Transfer to Cairo airport for final departure. It is really sad to leave, so ask our guides about your next budget adventure in Egypt.
