I would like to call out Patricia Epee, who is a very friendly and caring tour guide, for her exceptional service. We booked a Magnificent West 8-day tour with Empire Vacations and the tour was extraordinary, from planning to execution. Although we had 2 different tour leaders, one from LA to Vegas and the other one for Arizona tour from LA, we were lucky to see Patricia in both tours as well as Hoover Dam tour which is a half day tour placed between the 2 main tours. Patricia is very knowledgeable about the Native American culture, especially Navajo tribe, and most importantly she knows all the good photo spots along the tour which we were very grateful for. Overall, I truly recommend Empire Vacations for your next American adventure 🇺🇸

Best tour I’ve ever had so far. Tour guide Jonathan was knowledgeable and entertaining. He was so clear and engaging that for the first time I was able to follow a tour guide from start to finish. I had such a great impression of the place because he made dry historical facts succinct and interesting.

Amazing 3 day tour to Sedona with guide Pat and driver Tom! They are very attentive and caring. Pat is super knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I would highly recommend this tour!

I had booked a day trip from new york to washington. It was so nice. The bus left at 6 30 am and it's a 13 hours day out. Such a nice tour guide. She not only explained about the history of the places but she took my pictures. It was a wonderful trip. Although food and drinks are not included in the 179$ but they do stop in the food service area in delaware where you'll find so many options like pret a manger, dunkin, panda express.

An unfortunately misleading tour description that in actuality omitted a major coastal site “Big Sur” that was listed on their 5-day Wild West trip. Multiple tours 3, 5, 8-days were combined into a large coach that prioritized shopping stops and the 8-day itinerary over coastal views as described by the Empire Vacations website: “Sightseeing in Santa Barbara, Carmel, (San Luis Obispo/Big Sur in winter) and San Francisco,"The Strip" in Las Vegas and Hoover Dam.” Smoking policy was lax with some tourists being allowed to smoke on tour walks. Edit: despite EV indicating that the route was closed, a quick Google search indicated that it was not true. The route was only closed at Lucia Lodge on Dec. 2023 far south of the Big Sur area. Also, smoking on the walking parts of the tour is different from a person smoking on their personal time. Thanks for clarifying!

NIAGRA TRIP IS NOT WORTH IT! My single stars are for the wonderful guide , & driver we had . Great people who tried their best to make it a great trip ! They deserve 5 stars ! But we paid almost 400$ per person for an overnight trip to Niagra - and all it included was a one stop at a free access waterfall , the maid of mist( that’s only 24$ per person) and a motel stay( comfort inn) with a bare minimum breakfast. At most I expected it to be a good bus , but it had cramped seats with hardly any leg space , and the WiFi doesn’t work . There are way more economical tour operators in NY charging less than half of this ( around 150$ per person) for a better stay and more stops at places to sightsee .
