This itinerary cover to 3 distinct lodges located on large preserved areas at North & South Pantanal and provides a lifetime travel experience for nature and wildlife lovers. The main goal of the itinerary is to spot the Pantanal’s Big Five – Jaguar, South American Tapir, Giant Anteater, Giant Otter & Anaconda - in their natural habitats, but also several other species of the Pantanal fauna, including an immense variety of birds that characterize the Pantanal Best time to visit: June to October

Day 1 : Welcome To Pantanal!
Location: Cuiabá, Araras Pantanal Eco Lodge

Arrival at Cuiabá Airport (CGB) and transfer directly to Araras Lodge. Slow drive through Transpantaneira Road enjoying the panorama and wildlife sights/encounters.
Arrival check-in followed by a walking tour in the surroundings.
Return for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 - 3 : Search For Giant Anteaters, Birds And Tapirs
Location: Araras Pantanal Eco Lodge, Pantanal

Day 4 : Go Through The Transpantaneira Road

After breakfast slowly drive in a private car through the Transpantaneira Road.

Day 5 - 6 : Spot The Jaguar

Full days on boat trips, divided into morning and afternoon periods, always on a private basis. The group will be looking mainly for jaguars on the banks of the river and giant otters, but will also have great chances to observe many other species of wildlife in the Pantanal.
Day 7 : Take A Panoramic Flight
Location: Porto Jofre, Refúgio Ecológico Caiman

Morning exploring by boat. Return for check-out and lunch. Departure at 1:30 pm on a panoramic flight over the Pantanal towards the Caiman Ecological Refuge (1:45 am).

Day 8 - 9 : Discover The Region's Flora And Fauna

After breakfast transfer to Campo Grande (290 km, 3:30 h by car).
