Reviews from travellers on this tour

Walking in Provence...Amazing!

This was our first Exodus experience and it exceeded our expectations. The accommodation in Greoux les Bains was very comfortable, staff friendly, breakfast great. Great dining experiences there and other restaurants within close proximity. The walks were all unique and different and not too challenging. The scenery was unbelievable and our guide Isabelle was first class. She was super knowledgeable, passionate, friendly with a great sense of humour. She was also very patient and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our picnics under her guidance were always a highlight. To our delight, we had a lovely bunch of like-minded hikers on our tour. We would have no hesitation recommending this trip to others.

Awesome Adventure!

This was a great holiday! I've been on 5 other Exodus holidays and this trip ranks at the top. I had so much fun! Great hikes, great food and great fellow hikers made this trip unforgettable!

Highlites of Provence Hiking tour--Southern France

I've traveled extensively, mostly NOT by way of a booked tour. However, this was undoubtedly a fabulous experience and would do it again. Meeting people from across the globe and bonding with them as if we were mates for years. All within a weeks time! Another positive about a booked tour, if you know your exact destination, and/or type of activities you prefer then the rest is done for you! The trip details were pretty true to the write up, including our lovely hotel...great location, clean hotel, delicious breakfasts & friendly staff.

Glorious Provence

Staying in the beautiful town of Greoux - Les -Bains , this was a well chosen base, within easy reach of all the Key landmarks of Provence. A well balanced schedule of manageable and variable hikes made this a very good introduction to this beautiful region. If you get the chance make the trip on the free day to Aix-en-Provence , I would highly recommend it.

Walking in Provence October 2015

I would highly recommend this holiday to anyone who likes walking with a wide variation of different types of terrain and views. All packed into a week. The hotel Des Alpes was conveniently located at the end of main street, so very convenient to walk into town for shopping, ice creams and we ate out in a different restaurant each evening.

A wonderful trip to Provence

A wonderful week spent exploring the varied landscapes and villages of Provence. The hikes are a little challenging at times but our leader Isabelle was fantastic at pacing the group and ensuring everyone was able to enjoy each walk. The scenery is stunning, especially the hike through the Verdon Gorge.

Walking in Provence

Super holiday, one of the most enjoyable I have taken.

Great Time in Provence

A wonderful week hiking in Provence, headquartered in the lovely village of Greoux-les-bains, with a great guide taking us to various interesting and walkable places.

Highlights of Provence

A lovely selection of walks and we had great weather. The hotel was welcoming and the breakfasts were very good, although some of the rooms were a little cramped. Greoux les Bains was an excellent place to stay, with lots of good quality restaurants in the town to choose from at night.

Walking in Provence - TEA

Different walks each day with amazing views towards the Alps. Not too strenuous and the ascents/descents are not that difficult if taken slowly.
