Traveller Comfort - *COACH* tours

We welcome all travellers on our tours but we would like to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible. In light of this, please ensure that you are happy with the below information and level of fitness required.

Expat Explore tries to be as accommodating as possible, however, our tours are unfortunately not designed for people travelling with wheelchairs or severe mobility issues.

Our tours are fast paced because they are designed for you to see the most a destination has to offer. We also want to ensure that you explore as much as possible, which may require long periods without stops on the coach as we drive to a new destination.

We offer walking tours in most cities (up to 3 hours), and a wheelchair is not always a practical option as there are often cobbled streets and stairs on these tours.

For travellers in wheelchairs, you will only be able to store your wheelchair under the coach with the other luggage. Thus, on the long drives between cities you will not necessarily have access to your wheelchair if we make a quick bathroom stop along the way. Please note that travelling with a wheelchair could prove difficult as our coaches don't have wheelchair lifts, as such you will need to be able to board and alight the coach on your own.

With regards to our accommodation, not all hotels have lifts and this means potentially having to carry bags up and down stairs.

For more information regarding traveller fitness please see our Terms and Conditions.

Eastern Highlights - great tour!

I would highly recommend eastern highlights to any

I would highly recommend eastern highlights to anyone looking for a super fast paced tour that explores multiple countries. In 11 days we were able to see the hearts of several countries, exploring capital cities, eating local foods, learning about the countries from local tour guides and making lifelong memories. The hotels were above expectations and the meals provided for both breakfasts (buffet style) and dinners were exceptional. The tour guide rachelle and driver frank were both enthusiastic, hard working and very knowledgeable. The tour was very good value for money. The tour is very fast paced, so not for those looking for a relaxing holiday. The tour is predominantly older people - however still lots of opportunities to head into town for partying if your a young traveller like myself.

Eastern Highlights with Rachelle

This was our first time tour with Expat Explore. T

This was our first time tour with Expat Explore. This tour was our birthday celebration for our sister's birthday. We had a great time exploring. The most exciting part of the tour was the independence and exposure in public transport. We never had this kind of exposure with other tour groups. Our tour director Rachelle was very patient, approachable and precise in giving us directions. I would love to have her again in our next explore tour.

We had a wonderful tour, extremely good value for

We had a wonderful tour, extremely good value for money. You see and do so much - great way to "get a taste" of each country. We had 6 dinners and all breakfast included which was delicious and very convenient. The hotels are nice and comfortable and most in great locations to city centre. Our tour leader Rachelle was absolutely incredible! She is very organised and made everything completely stress free. It was very well planned and smooth. Rachelle taught us so much about each destination and was very knowledgeable.

Intense yet satisfying experience

11 packed days of go-go-go! So many things to see, but well worth it to find those places that you may want to go back and spend more time. A ton of walking (we logged about 75 miles). Optional activities were wonderful. Tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable.
