Our tour leader Roma was wonderful.

She was knowledgeable, kind and ensured those people with special needs, such as my husband's lactose free meals, we're always taken care of.

She was full of good humour, and even when met with challenges such as our bus breaking down, was able to face such cha lenges with professional competence.

We felt completely safe under her watch! less....

I had a great time.

Our tour leader Karina was fun and made our trip memorable and enjoyable.

I especially like the games on the bus.

Our driver Steven was excellent and helpful, always has smile even after the long drive.

I really like the Alpenrose hotel, very nice staff, nice food, and a beautiful garden.

Special mention to the outstanding young man who greeted us at the door, very friendly, who help us carry our luggage.

All of the hotels we stayed in were nice with good breakfast.

Excellent tour and would fully recommend.

From the start to the end the tour was amazing.

Roma is hands down the best tour leader on the planet.

Nothing was a bother.

She was so professional, friendly, personable and a joy to be around.

Her knowledge on the places we visited was amazing, her wonderful passion for history was shining through .

She definitely goes above and beyond her duty to help anyone who needs it.

Pascal was an amazing driver.

The way me navigates the coach around the sometimes very tight and narrow streets was unbelievable.

And his skills at driving in Paris wow is all I can say especially when pedestrians, cyclists, scooters and cars just pop out of nowhere in front of the bus!!! Pascal handled it like a pro.

His amazing Tetris skills of packing the bus my word he deserved a medal.

He is a friendly and funny person.

I was also shocked to find out that Roma and Pascal had never worked together before, this was hard to believe as they had such a professional but friendly work dynamic.

They both made our trip feel like we were away with a large group of friends.

The destinations were amazing we loved every one of them.

This tour is amazing to get a first view of Europe.

I have made life long friends of this trip and hopefully we will all get the chance to travel together again.
