Gombe Stream’s main attraction is obviously the chimpanzee families that live protected in the park’s boundaries. Visitors take walks deep into the forest to observe and sit with the extraordinary primates for an entire morning. Apart from chimpanzee viewing, many other species of primates live in Gombe Stream’s tropical forests. Vai vet and colobus monkeys, baboons, forest pigs,a nd various tropical birds inhabit the dense forest

Day 1 : Dar-Kigoma

Location: Julius Nyerere International Airport

Accommodation: Hotel, Camp

Accommodation Name: kasekela tented camp/Gombe rest house

Meals Included: Dinner

Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and be transferred to the airport for your scheduled flight to Kigoma. Then you will be transferred to Kibirizi port for your boat to Gombe. You will be picked up on a depending on flight time table rrival and be transferred to the rest house, get a hot lunch, and then at evening start Chimpanzee tracking in the forest. Gombe Stream’s main attraction is obviously the chimpanzee families that live protected in the park’s boundaries. Visitors take walks deep into the forest to observe and sit with the extraordinary primates for an entire morning. Apart from chimpanzee viewing, many other species of primates live in Gombe Stream’s tropical forests. Vai vet and colobus monkeys, baboons, forest pigs,a nd various tropical birds inhabit the dense forest. Dinner and overnight are at Tanapa Rest house./tente camp

You will get breakfast at 08h00, and at 08h30 go for chimpanzee tracking in the forest. You will also visit Kakombe waterfalls which is among the best attractions in the park. If time allows, you can climb jane's peak where you will have a chance to enjoy the view of the park.

Great company and the best guide I know! I made a trip to Tanzania a few months ago and my great illusion was to see chimpanzees in freedom in Gombe. I hired this company and it was a wonderful experience. They are always aware of every detail so that you are comfortable at all times. They know the park and the customs of chimpanzees very well. I felt safe at all times because you feel your experience. They are very professional. Without a doubt, when I return to Tanzania, I will hire all the Safaris with them.
