The Thailand 13 day Experience Tour was absolutely incredible! Our tour leader, India was perfect right from the get go. She allowed us to feel comfortable in a completely foreign place and was always available to help with anything needed. Overall, I could not recommend the trip enough! Khao Sok, Sarana and Phi Phi we're the highlights of the trip and we were also super lucky to have travelled with an incredible group of people that will always be special to us. The time allocated in each place was near perfect with a great mix of both chill time and time for exploring this beautiful country while also allowing us the time to create friendships that will last a lifetime with other group members. I cannot wait to do another tour with Intro Travel!!!

I went on the Thai Experience Tour and I can’t recommend it more! I had the best time travelling with an amazing bunch of people. Before this trip I was a first time solo traveller and every single person I met was amazing and made my trip so special. The accommodation, the food and all the activities were so well planned and special. My highlights were the floating bungalows, the visit to the Elephant Sanctuary and the Sarana Bungalows. My group leader Ben was awesome and always around whenever we needed him and he made sure we had the best time!

This tour group has been the best decision I’ve made ever!!! The communication leading up to the trip gave me so much confidence in Intro Travel from the get go. And as soon as I landed and messaged our tour leader, she messaged me back right away to make sure I was ok. There are seriously not enough good things I could say about India (our group leader) and Intro as a whole! But to give a few highlights: - All of the excursions and meals that were planned/provided through this company were AMAZING. They truly made this vacation a once in a lifetime experience! It felt each day was better than the last. We also got several exclusive experiences that we certainly would not have been able to do/see without Intro - India was a BRILLIANT facilitator and group leader. She was always on top of our transportation details and made us feel at ease when it came to the travel days. She was a Great communicator and made sure we all knew what was coming next. Not only was she awesome at logistics, but she was such a fun and charismatic person that truly cared about each of us!! My birthday landed on a day during this trip and she went the Extra mile to make it that much more special! - I was very pleased with all of the accommodations and will certainly be booking another trip with Intro travel!!! If you want to have an amazing vacation I highly recommend booking with this group.

I had THE most amazing time on the Thai Experience tour. The accommodation was to a high standard throughout and excellent value for money. The highlight of the trip for me was the boat trip around the Phi Phi islands. Our group leader Sian was absolutely incredible; not only was she super organized she brought so much energy to the group and tour. I met some amazing people and this is certainly a trip I will never forget.

It was a great trip, I loved it all! The experience had a wonderful balance of relaxation, culture and some unique activities. I recommend it to anyone who wants a trip through the highlights of Thailand. All the accommodation was otherworldly; it all ran really smoothly. I couldn’t fault a thing. Our group leader was truly the best!

One of the best highlights was going to the elephant sanctuary. I'm super grateful to all the wonderful friends and amazing memories I made during this trip! Thank you, Richard, for being an amazing leader!

Thai experience was the first tour I have done as a solo traveller and what a tour it was!!! Kyle our group leader had infectious energy and was extremely attentive towards the whole group. He built great friendships with each one of us and ensured we were all having the best time! He had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do! The tour as a whole was amazing value for money and so much was included in the price! All transport throughout the trip was included which was an extra bonus! Thailand has stole my heart, it is the most beautiful country, the food is delicious and the people are so polite and happy, I can see why they call it the "Land of Smiles". Intro Travel have amazing ethics and agendas and I am so pleased I chose them to travel with! I have even put deposits down on Bali and Sri Lanka, which Kyle helped with whilst on tour! I’ve loved this tour. If I was totally on my own it wouldn’t have been as fun and I wouldn’t have seen as many places. The group we had was smaller, but everyone became close and had fun together. The leader was totally awesome. We also had two leaders in training and they also were very good. All the leaders were helpful and very much about the group they had. I’d love to do Bali with Intro in the future.

Five stars in every aspect of this tour! I loved the contrast of bustling cities of Bangkok and Phuket with the calmness of Khao Sok. I loved going to the islands Koh Phangan and Koh Phi Phi, both islands were so cool and different from anything you would find in the mainland of Thailand. Our group leader Richard was super organized. Halfway through this tour, my friends and I had already booked out next one with Intro! Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd Intro tour and was awesome just like the first one! I have already booked a third! The trip leader, Liam really made this trip flow with ease, it was so organized! I got to know so many new people and every group member was involved in all our activities! This was a trip of a lifetime!
