Day 2 : Pinnawela To Sigiriya

Location: Elephant Orphanage, Sigiriya

After your early breakfast

You will be traveling to Pinnawela where the biggest Elephant orphanage is situated in Sri Lanka. After you visit Pinnawela Elephant orphanage, you will be traveling to Sigiriya.

Day 3 : Dambulla To Kandy

Location: Pidurangala, Dambulla, Matale herbal & Spice Garden, Hindu Temple

After your Early Breakfast,

You will visit Pidurangala Temple which is situated on a small mountain. You will visit the Dambulla cave Temple and afterwards you will travel to Kandy via matale.

On your way to Kandy,

Your first stop will be at Spice garden - Matale. The Next stop is the Matale Hindu temple.

In the evening, you will go sightseeing in Kandy. You will end the day with an eye catchy traditional dance event in Kandy.

Day 4 : Kandy To Nuwera Eliya

Location: Sri Dalada Maligawa, Royal Botanic Gardens, Labookellie Tea Lounge

You will visit the Sacred Tooth Relic Temple in Kandy. It’s located in the Royal palace of the former kindom of Kandy. The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is a world-renowned place of worship, where the left tooth of Gautama Buddha is enshrined. The temple which carries a lot of value to Buddhists all over the world also has immense cultural value. Then you will start your way to Nuwera Eliya. On your way, you will visit the Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya. It’s the home to many varieties of plants. Then you will visit the Tea factory near Nuwaraeliya.

Day 5 : Nuwera Eliya To Ella

Location: Lake Gregory, Nine Arches Bridge

You will start your day with some sightseeing in the city of Nuwara Eliya. You can go on a boat ride or a helicopter tour at Gregory lake. Afterwards, we will arrange a visit to the Tea estate and Tea Factory. In the afternoon, you will get the most picturesque train trip to Ella from Nuwara Eliya.

Day 6 : Udawalawe

Location: Udawalawe National Park Safari

Udawalawe has one of Sri Lanka's largest animal sanctuaries. Since this is a private tour, you will have plenty of time to listen to the guides about the wildlife you see and even ask questions. Hi we had an excellent 3 day trip around Sri Lanka. Our journey started at Colombo, Kandy, Horton Plains and ended in Yala. Our driver Nilantha was very experienced. The drive was very smooth and relax. He was always in time and with a big smile. Everything was arranged well for us. Overall we rate 5 out of 5. The car was very clean and comfortable. If you planning to have a holiday in Sri Lanka, I would highly advice yoh to book Nilantha

Our driver, Nilantha is extremely friendly and helpful!! He is more like a tour guide to us! He recommended places to go and things to do without forcing. He will also introduce us to some of the secret tourist spots. He even advice us on the pricing of services and items there, and negotiated the best price for us. We had an excellent experience of Sri Lanka with Dammika. We toured for 6 days and right from day 1 Dammika helped us out in getting basic things sorted be it our travel itinieary or arranging for local sim cards or currency exchanges. He was punctual, suggested us great spots, car was always in excellent condition and overall he’s an amazing human being and a reflection of humble lovely people of Sri Lanka. Can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Dammika for making our Sri Lanka experience a great one.

Had a wonderful tour with King Coconut holidays and Dammika. Contacted them through this portal and after a few initial hiccups got a few responses. Chose King Coconut holidays – Gayan is a thorough professional and gave us tips and guidance to plan a proper itinerary. The driver he assigned – Dammika – was more of a travel companion than a driver. With Dammika, we were completely assured that we will have an amazing holidays in SL. Though, the pick-up at the airport was a bit chaotic, however, once Dammika stepped in, we were assured and started our journey through the pearl island. We visited Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Mirissa and Hikkaduwa. Dammika was more than our guide. He was more of a trusted friend, and full of knowledge. His insights into historical and natural wonders of SL was really useful and knowledgeable. He was attentive to our requirements, our demands and we were so assured of his driving skills. He has extensive knowledge of the sights, restaurant, instagram spots, history, and roads of Sri Lanka. Also, his driving techniques are an absolute must if you are traveling in Sri Lanka, which has many mountain roads. Sometimes I felt he took pride in showing the best of his country to us. I must give a personal thanks to him for arranging the Train tickets from Nuwara Eliya to Ella at the last minute. The train journey was the highlight of our trip – Thanks to Dammika. But besides all that, he is also extremely friendly and courteous and the conversations with him are so interesting that the time flies by. He knew when to give us time and space and when to ask to stick to the schedule, without being pushy. I must appreciate Gayan for calling up every day to check on our wellbeing and how our tour was going on. He recommended a few hotels as well without being pushy and allowed to choose at our own convenience. We recommend Dammika without reservation, will contact him again either for advice or a ride and wish him and his family from the bottom of our hearts the best! Thank you very much Dammika! We look forward to seeing you again!
