Cairo, Nile Cruise & Hurghada All-inclusive Holiday

Our trip was absolutely amazing. Even in the midst of the Corona virus outbreak they made us feel very secure and made sure we were safe at all times. There were a lot of changes to the itinerary because they shut down Luxor one day while everyone was tested for the virus. There was delays at the airport due to a sand storm and flooding in Cairo and then our flights were changed going home. During all of this they were there 100% of the time making sure that we were taking care of at all times. Even though there were a couple of things that were scary and unfortunate about our trip, we never felt like our vacation was not 100% what it should be because of the staff Tarek and Ahmed were all amazing. Not only did we get a history lesson, but they showed us their culture which was amazing and they made us feel at home in Egypt. Best trip ever, with the best guides ever!. we loved Egypt and its people, it was so amazing to be able to visit there. Thank you

Highly recommend good service and very professional guides. We booked Cairo, Nile cruise and Hurghada through Lookat Egypt tours, and it was truly memorable!!! From day one till day four was an excellent host. It really the best way to see everything from Aswan to Luxor, as all the sites are along the River. The tour guide Remon and the drivers and the Representative " Tarek" , everyone was always giving the best for us to enjoy. They made us feel like very close friends. If I ever lucky enough to return to Egypt I would definitely pick Look at Egypt tours I am telling everyone I know to go to Egypt but with Look at Egypt.

Look at Egypt Tours refunded our deposit- Great Service Very Trusted We were excited to be visiting Egypt for the first time and our tour was planned to be on April 2020. We found Look at Egypt Tours on the internet, and they seemed good value. On emailing, we had prompt replies from their representative Kareem. He answered all our questions and confirmed a booking for the tour of Cairo and Nile cruise. We paid a deposit of 50% of the tour cost of our trip. But sadly, due to Corona outbreak it would not be possible for us to travel to Egypt. All landings in Egypt were cancelled. We contacted Look at Egypt Tours as soon as possible, but by the time it was possible to do this it was only a short time before the tour was due to depart. We therefore feared that we would be liable for the full cost of the tour and were expecting to have to claim on our insurance. On our return, we emailed Mr.Kareem again to check the position and request a cancellation invoice which we knew would be required to claim on our insurance. We were pleasantly surprised to hear from him by return email that he had spoken to his manager Ahmed, and that it had been agreed to return the deposit to us because the cancellation had been no fault of ours. A few days later, a full refund of the deposit we had paid was credited back to our credit card account. We were very impressed with this level of customer service. If eventually we do manage to get to Egypt in future, we will definitely be contacting Look at Egypt Tours again.

Fantastic tour wonderful knowledgeable Guide! The tour was great had a wonderful time in Egypt many thanks to Mustafa his knowledge and love for Egypt was excellent throughout the tour, Look at Egypt Tours should be thankful to have such a person as a tour guide. I would not hesitate in returning to Egypt knowing if Mustafa was the leader to explore more historic sites of Egypt.

We saw some wonderful sights! The tour guide, Muhmmed, and the Egyptologist, Remon were both great guides. The hotel near Cairo was of a very good standard but in rather a remote location. The cruise boat was fine for us, clean, comfortable cabin, pleasant deck area etc. The food was excellent, catering very well for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. The crew was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The only negatives were: several very early starts, i thought for a second this only us i mean our boat but i found that all cruises start early so you should be aware that you will have very early starts for your tour after the cruise we said goodbye for our small group and our new friends and took our vehicle to Hurghada this was an amazing thing we stayed at desert rose resorts this was the best in our tour food, staff , sea and activities etc O Overall, a trip to remember!

My family and i had a great time in Egypt thanks to Look at Egypt tours' team and our guides Inas and Remon both of them were amazing , the hotels and cruise on the tour were very luxury and beyond our expectations especially the resort in Hurghada we had a great time in Hurghada i highly recommend for anyone to make safari in the desert this was an amzing adventure, we highly recommend this tour

We booked our 10-days tour in Egypt with Look at Egypt tours included Cairo, Luxor, a Nile cruise and Hurghada, It was a true private tour just for the two us. Very impressive service and accommodations, etc. We have nothing negative to say about this tour company. We contacted several tour companies before booking with LAE. One of reasons we chose them was they answered every question I had. We can’t say enough positive things about Look at Egypt tours, the guides and the drivers. The service was outstanding. Everyone we dealt with spoke English. Upon arrival in Cairo we were met by their representative Tarek, who met us right after we landed and filled out our health questionnaires for us, obtained our visas, escorted us through passport control, helped us get our luggage and go through customs. He then escorted us to our van and driver for the trip to our hotel, the Ramses Hilton. When we arrived at the hotel we were a companied by our outstanding guide Mustafa We went over our schedule for the following day. After our time in Cairo we were escorted back to the airport for our flight to Aswan. We were met at the terminal by our new guide Muhammed and driver. We were driven to our cruise ship, the MS Minerva. He went over the schedule for the following day prior to the ship sailing. He was also scheduled to be our guide during our cruise so it truly was private. This was truly a private tour for just the two of us. We could go at our own pace and did not have to worry about hearing the guides since they were at our sides. We had a lovely time on our cruise then we had an amazing time at Hurghada our resort ( desert rose) was a portion of amazing food, staff and everything was as promised and more we highly recommend Look at Egypt tours

Incredible experience with Look at Egypt tours Words fail to describe how amazing my experience in Egypt was. we feel honored and blessed to have had Randa as our guide throughout our journey. She is an incredible asset to Look at Egypt tours . We were so well prepared for every site and hotel. Randa kept us so well-informed. We always knew what to expect from the locals at each stop, and when and where breakfast was served each day. Not only is her knowledge and understanding of the historical sites deep and insightful, her sense of humor kept us amused. we really can't express how wonderful our trip was, mostly due to Randa, and Look at Egypt tours team. We would also like to say that the trip notes are an invaluable resource. I recommend everyone read them at least twice. Personal safety was never an issue in Egypt. We hope to one day visit again, as we found the Egyptian people to be warm and wonderful!
