In a restaurant, it is good to give between 5 and 10% tip directly to the waiter even when there is service added to the bill. The service tax does not go to the waiter. For a small favor, like carrying luggage or parking a car, a few Egyptian pounds would be appropriate. Not more than five. Often in Egypt you will find someone tending to the bathroom to keep it clean. Giving them one Egyptian pound is an appropriate amount. – Tipping your tour guide and your driver is completely optional but should be considered if you’re provided with great service. If you decide to tip feel free to give what you think your experience was worth for driver for example if you are 2 people for a full-day in Cairo or Abu Simbel or long drive day he will expect like 20 USD for guide will be a little more, and this all as act of gratitude’s and no obligation.

We went on a 10-day trip across Egypt (Cairo - Aswan - Luxor – sharm el sheikh ).

Overall, the itinerary was well-planned—just the right level of tours per day, with a couple of rest days in the middle to ensure that we didn’t burn out.

They also allowed us enough flexibility to add side trips (e.

g.

excursion to Abu Simbel, Hot Air Balloon ride in Luxor).

The guides went above and beyond, making sure that we were always well hydrated and well-informed (e.

g.

giving us tips on when and when not to buy souvenirs, tickets, etc.

).

We will definitely recommend! less....

Unforgettable tour, I had a wonderful trip in Egypt filled with interesting facts, figures and so much fun.

I met so many wonderful people and made some lifelong friends in our group.

The group consisted of couples and single travellers young and old.

The food was great the hotels clean and comfortable.

We were met at the airport on arrival by Tarek and taken through to our transport.

From then on we always had someone looking out for us.

This was very comforting for my sister and I knowing we had someone to rely on at any time.

Our tour guide Mustafa was wonderful.

So knowledgeable, patient, funny, very thoughtful and protective of the group at all times.

Mustafa made the trip even more enjoyable in my opinion.

I would not hesitate for a single second to recommend look at Egypt tours to my friends and family.

I had a great time.

I learned about Egypt from great tour guides, Sameh and Mohammed.

I even learned some Arabic.

The hotel was nice, right near the pyramids.

The Nile cruise was amazing.

It was a small size.

I crossed through a canal and saw the Sahara desert.

The Nubian village was incredible, the people, the house and of course holding a large crocodile.

The temples were beautiful.

I can say more.

Just go and experience Egypt with Look at Egypt tours.
