On this tour you will be visiting the following places of interest: Sigiriya a majestic 5th-century fortress in the sky; Pidurangala; Minneriya National Park gives the opportunity to see herds of Elephants; Dambulla is the largest, best-preserved cave-temple complex in Sri Lanka; Matale Spice Garden; Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is a Buddhist temple in the city of Kandy; Peradeniya Botanical Gardens; Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage- the main attraction is clearly to observe the elephants bathing which is quite a spectacle; Bentota; Galle Fort is the largest remaining fortress in Asia built by European occupiers; Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery where the turtles are allowed to hatch and thrive in a protected area before being set free; Stilt Fishermen.

Day 1 : Arrival Terminal

Pick up from Airport and Transfer to Sigiriya.
If time permits Pidurangala rock climb to view the sunset.
Overnight in Sigiriya.

After an early breakfast climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress.
Local Lunch
Visit Minneriya National Park and head back to hotel for dinner.
Overnight in Sigiriya.

After breakfast visit Dambulla Cave Temple and proceed to Matale to visit a Spice Garden.
