Marrakech desert tour ( Three days )

A trip to the desert is probably a once in a lifetime experience and the 3 day trip is enough time to get a glimpse into what life is like for the locals. Everything was well-organised and the pick-up was on time. We had a great driver, Jamal, who made the trip even more enjoyable with his local knowledge and history. He is a very experienced and competent driver and this was evident on the road over the Atlas Mountains which is still in the making. I quite enjoyed all of our breaks and the guides were all very friendly too. The hotel for the first night wasn’t too bad, even a lovely swimming pool. The desert camp is good, food not bad, best bit was the entertainment - drums and campfire and of course you will be asked to join in the singing and dancing. It’s a long drive back to Merzouga but a chance to catch up on sleep. An excellent trip, good travelling companions from various countries and of course our friendly driver and guide Jamal.

Highly recommend ! We visited amazing places and everything (food/hotel/transport) was operated smoothly and exceeded our expectations considering the low price for the tour. This tour is the best way to visit multiple must-see sites including the amazing sand dunes and has been the highlight of our one-week Morocco trip. Big shoutout to Moha our amazing driver who drove us fast and efficient and managed to make us laugh at every stop with his jokes and tricks. 5/5

Overall the experience is very rewarding. If you have only a few days to experience Morocco, I highly recommend this tour. Although the car rides are long, one gets to view the outskirts of Marrakech city, enjoy the Berber villages and see the everyday-life of nomad tribes. Our car ride was better than expected and Abdul is a great driver and friendly host. He stops whenever a person needs and is very attentive to everyone.

An excellent Desert small group trip. Great value for money. Lots of driving but driver Majijdi stopped loads of times to make it better. Camel trip was amazing. We enjoyed our desert camp which was fabulous.

I did the tour in March 2020, and I was thrilled. The staff were super friendly and funny. Everything was very well organised. The highlight was the night in the desert with Berber music. It is a lot of driving because the Sahara is quite far from Marrakech so you shouldn't mind sitting in the van a lot but the scenery while driving is nice and worth it. I would definitely recommend this tour.

This tour was exactly as it was described and just as magical as I could ever have hoped for. Highly recommend Morocco tour Packages. They picked us up right from our Hotel at time and had plenty of stops for photos and breaks, and I can't even begin to describe the night in the desert! The standard hotel night was a beautiful suite that was bigger than I imagined. Food was amazing, people were amazing, and it is my favourite trip I've ever taken
