Here we have the chance to witness local fishermen bring in their fresh catch at the bustling market which provides a unique and authentic experience of the primary trade in the region. The market comes alive with the sights and sounds of vendors auctioning off their products, creating a vibrant and frenetic atmosphere that truly captures the essence of coastal livelihoods in Sri Lanka. On return to the hotel, we enjoy a cooking demonstration by the hotel chef with the fresh fish ingredients.
