Day 1 : Arrival Kathmandu Airport

Location: Tribhuvan International Airport, Thamel Marg

Accommodation: Hotel

On the arrival day, you will be received at the Kathmandu Airport and transferred to the hotel. In your spare time, you can visit Thamel Bazar on your own. In the evening, your team leader gives you full details about Explore Nepal Tour Itinerary.

Day 2 : Drive To Nagarkot With Bhaktapur Sightseeing Tour.

Location: Nagarkot, Bhaktapur

Accommodation: Hotel

After breakfast, you head towards the historical city of Bhaktapur. You will do Bhaktapur Sightseeing Tour that lets you know about the cultural, historical, and archaeological sites.

Then, you will drive towards Nagarkot Hill. Then, you will enjoy the sunrise view from Nagarkot viewpoint.

Day 3 : Drive To Charaudi Rafting Camp

Location: Kuringhat, Panauti

Accommodation: Hotel

Wake up early in the morning to observe the sunrise view from Nagarkot. You will really enjoy the brilliant sunrise view of the first sunrise on the Himalayas. The valleys of Bhaktapur and Panauti look equally heart-touching.

Then, you have breakfast and drive towards Charaudi Rafting Camp to experience the white water rafting in the Trishuli River.

After taking lunch, the Trishuli rafting begins and ends within 3/4 hours at Kuringhat. Then, you will spend the night on the bank of the Trishuli River at the tented camp. If the weather is challenging, you might also stay at a resort.

Day 4 : Drive To Chitwan National Park From Charaudi

Location: Chitawan

After breakfast, you take a bus to Chitwan National Park across Motel Du Mugling. Or else, if you want to visit the Manakamana Temple and experience the first cable car of Nepal, you might also arrange for that.

Reaching at Chitwan National Park, you will take lunch and some rest as well. You can also do kayaking on the Narayani River in the remaining time. Chitwan National Park is not only recognized for diverse flora and fauna but also sunrise view and Tharu Cultural Heritage Site.

In the evening, you will enjoy the Tharu Cultural Shows performed in the Tharu Cultural Village. You will definitely enjoy their socio-cultural richness and hospitality.

Day 5 : Chitwan National Park Visiting

Location: Chitwan National Park Headquarter, Kasara, Chitwan

Day 6 : Drive To Pokhara From Chitwan

The route passes through Queen of Hills, Bandipur. If you want and your itinerary permits, you can also explore Bandipur Village.

When you reach Pokhara, go boating on the Phewa Lake or Begnas Lake or explore many touristic sites of the city. This is why it is also called the tourism capital of Nepal.

Day 7 : Drive To Dhampus Phedi From Pokhara And Trek To Dhampus

Location: Dhampus

After breakfast, your Explore Nepal Tour moves towards Dhampus Phedi in a private jeep or public jeep.

From Dhampus Phedi, you will trek to Dhampus Village following a steep but comfortable trail. In this Gurung village, you will be welcomed by the local Mothers’ Group with red tika and garland.

Dhampus Trek is popular for the homestay services of the Gurung community and the gorgeous sights of the Himalayas and hills. From the village, you will enjoy the magnificent view of the Annapurna (8,091m) and Dhaulagiri (8,167m) Massifs. The Pokhara Valley also looks stunning from this hilltop village.

Day 8 : Trek From Dhampus To Sarangkot And Pokhara.

Location: Sarangkot

Enjoy the sunrise view of the Himalayas from Dhampus Village during breakfast. Apart from the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Massifs, Manaslu (8,165m), Ganesh Himal (7,422m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m) and 25 other mountains above 6,000m.

Following the easy trails across the ethnic village of Gurung, Magar, and other communities, you will reach Sarangkot. From here, you will enjoy the sunset view of the snowcapped peaks of the Gandaki Province.

You can also try out some adventure activities from Sarangkot. Try zip flying, paragliding, and hot air ballooning in Pokhara are some of the major tourism activities in Nepal.

Day 9 : Drive Back To Kathmandu.

Location: Kathmandu

After breakfast, driving along the Prithvi Highway, you return to Kathmandu. Then, you are transferred to the hotel.

Day 10 : Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour

Location: Kathmandu

After breakfast, our tour guide takes you for Kathmandu City Tour. You will be exploring the Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, and Patan Durbar Square respectively.

Best Nepal Trekking Ever

Ok, so I have been traveling a lot. In saying that I just came back from one of my top experiences ever. Trekking the mountains of Himalayas while learning and practicing yoga, meditation as well as embracing the spiritual aspects of this world and beyond was both challenging and soothing. Coming from someone that is new to practicing yoga, I would say that this trek is suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners as the Yoga teacher Jessica (who by the way is awesome) adapts the class depending on the students. The trek was organized by Shailesh Pokharel from Nepal Trekking Routes as well as Jessica Noifeld from Middle Path Movement. I experienced both as very professional who made me feel very welcome and safe. Not to be forgotten is the guide Na Win who took care of us along the way as well as Rajib and Rajib who carried our equipment. All three of them making us feel like home in the mountains! There has been many laugh, tears (there are a few suspension bridges along the path), and joyful moments along the way making this a trek that I highly recommend for all of you adventure seekers out there! Om Mani Padme Hum.
