Amazing GWISHO WELLNESS HOLIDAY RETREAT

Arrive in Livingstone the tourist capital city of Zambia. You will be met at the Livingstone International airport (Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula Airport) by our Hospitality Greeters and company driver. You will be transferred to and stay at the Waterberry Lodge Woodland nature camp sanctuary in secluded luxurious tents where impala graze and birdlife thrives. You will get away from the hustle & bustle of your day to day life to rejuvenate and connect to your inner self. The luxurious tents have super-king or large single beds with choice of pillow firmness, electric blanket and mosquito net. In addition, it has WIFI, en-suite shower with towels, face flannels, bath robes, hairdryer, toiletries, laundry basket and a private terrace with patio furniture and private dining on request.
Note: There is always a possibility of staying at another good level accommodation facility in Livingstone in case there is no bed space at Waterfront Lodge.
In the evening, we will have a ‘meet and greet session’ in a nice restaurant where you will meet your fellow travellers (unless you are a solo or private travellers). There are no planned activities on the day of arrival. Activities start on the following second day early in the morning.
19:30 pm: You will have a well prepared fresh healthy dinner by our executive Chef, a perfect introduction to the finest natural health foods and drinks.
20:00 pm: Retire to bed.

07:00 am – 07:30 am – Breakfast; Activities briefing
07:30 am – 12:30 pm - Commencement of WELLNESS activities within the Waterberry Lodge nature santuary woodlands.
Narrative: Yoga refers to traditional physical and mental exercises.
12:30 pm –13:30 pm - Take a lunch break; Enjoy healthy dishes including vegetarian options.
13:30 pm –16-50 pm - Travel to the mighty Victoria Falls
14:00 pm–16.40 pm - Enjoy a tour of the Victoria Falls: Explore Victoria Falls, a UNESCO-listed waterfall —one of the natural seven wonders and largest falling sheet of water of the world, Victoria Falls is perched on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia.
17:30 hrs: Do a boat cruise activity or any other available activity.
17:10 pm –17:30 pm - Return to Waterberry Lodge for your evening sumptuous dinner.
18:30 pm: Evening relaxation
21.30 pm: Spend a peaceful overnight sleep.

07:00 am –07: 30 am - Breakfast and leave Livingstone
07:30 am – 08:20 am - Travel to Monze along the Lusaka – Livingstone – Lusaka T1 main road highway about 410 Kms north.
09:30 am –12:00 am - Arrive in Choma, the political capital city of Southern Province.
12:00 pm –13:00 pm - Commence touring of Choma Museum and take a lunch break
13:00 pm –15:30 pm - Arrive in Monze. Take Lunch. Thereafter proceed to Gwisho Hotsprings WELLNESS Palace, about 56 kms away from Monze town to Lochinvar National Park.
17:00 pm: Arrive and camp at Lochinvar Safari Lodge campsite, situated outside Lochinvar National Park. Our staff will greet you upon arrival and talk to you about the physical, emotional and spiritual options available throughout your stay.
NOTE: In case you opt to stay at a more comfortable accommodation outfit as opposed to camping at Lochinvar Safari Lodge camp site, then you will check-in at the executive Fay Terry Lodge or Foinikas Lodge within Monze town and proceed to Lochinvar the following morning to commence your therapy session.
Days 4: Gwisho Hotsprings
Gwisho is a natural hot spring place found inside the Lochinvar National Park where hot spring water flows naturally out of the ground. You will visit this amazing natural hot spring to reap the benefits of natural hot water!
There are a wide variety of amazing activities designed with you guests in mind. Ranging from thrilling action to immersive and calming relaxation using natural crystals around the Gwisho Hotspring site.
Gwisho Hot spring natural hot water has massive health benefits;
(i) Reduce Stress and Promote Sleep. The mineral water in Gwisho hot springs can help reduce stress by relaxing tense muscles.
(ii) Boost Blood Circulation.
The water found in the Gwisho natural hot springs contains a variety of different minerals, including calcium and sodium bicarbonate.
(iii) Relieve Pain.
(iv) Heal Skin Problems
Drinking the hot springs water is perfectly normal, even encouraged.

05:30 am -06:00 am: Wakeup call, thereafter take breakfast.
06:30am – Travel to Lusaka, capital city of Zambia.
11:30 am – Arrive in Lusaka.
12:40 pm – 13:30 pm: Take lunch in Lusaka at Green Shop and Cafe. It serves delicious food and drinks, using organic ingredients. The cafe is committed to providing healthy meals to different types of customers.
Or
You will dine at any other comparatively similar restaurant in Lusaka offering healthy foods.

13:30pm – 14:00 pm: Visit Lechwe Trust Art Gallery - Collection of Contemporary Zambian Art/or any other art gallery that will be open at the time such as Kabwata Cultural Village.
Afternoon: Travel to the luxury Chaminuka Lodge and Nature Reserve on the outskirts of Lusaka -
Narrative: Chaminuka, which means a small hill, was constructed in the late 1970s and is located on the outskirts of Lusaka, about 53 kms from Lusaka Central Business District. Chaminuka overlooks Lake Chitoka and is situated in a private game park approximately 40 sq. km in size. It has more than 7,000 animals representing approximately 72 species of wildlife. The walls of Chaminuka are covered with more than 1,000 pieces of Zambian art.
Arrival: Check-in at the luxury Chaminuka Lodge.
After a while, walk around Chaminuka nature reserve. See the many art collection held indoor.
Evening dinner and relaxation.
Retire to sleep.
Note: (1) Kindly note that if the accommodation rooms at Chaminuka will be fully booked during your visit, then you will spend a night in Lusaka at Chamba Valley Exotic Hotel and travel to Chaminuka early in the morning the following day.
Narrative description of the alternative accommodation: Each room at Chamba Valley Exotic Hotel is designed with modern décor. Hotel rooms range from lush king and queen size to standard double rooms, all with excellent facilities. These include study table, internet, flat screen TV with DSTV connection, and en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.
