Tour Overview
The Everest base camp with Gokyo Lake is a fascinating and adventurous trek via the off-beaten trails in the Khumbu region. The off beaten trails make it more challenging than the Everest Base Camp (EBC) classic trail because of the high elevation of Cho La Pass, (5,420m) this pass is on the Gokyo trail in the Khumbu region. It is an adventure trek where we will be experiencing the high Mountains of Nepal, Mt. Everest Base Camp, and cross the Cho-la Pass at 5300+ meters. The combination of Mount Everest Base Camp, close views of Everest, the pretty Gokyo valley, and one of the famous highest viewpoints of Kalapatthar and Gokyo Ri make this trip one of the great treks in Nepal. During EBC with Gokyo lake trek we will get to experience the following magnificent peaks in Nepal Mount Everest at 8,848 m, Mount Lhotse at 8,516 m, Mount Makalu at 8,485 m, mount Cho-Oyu at 8,201 m, mount Nuptse, Mount Ama Dablam, and many more Himalayan peaks. We will also get to see amazing valleys, Ice-fall, and Nogzumpa glaciers. Sherpa Expedition and Trekking Team are looking forward to showing you Nepal and take you on one of Nepal's famous treks. EBC with Gokyo Lake trek requires that you are in good physical shape, able to walk 6-7 hours a day.
