Today, we explore the iconic sights in Beijing. Visit Tiananmen Square and the magnificent Forbidden City. In the afternoon you will marvel at the incredible Temple of Heaven, before travelling by rickshaw down the narrow hutongs of a traditional residential neighbourhood.

Today, we will drive about 1.5 hours to visit the magnificent Great Wall (Mutianyu section with return cable car and lunch included). Great Wall (Mutianyu Section) is part of the most famous symbol of China and one of the world's most remarkable architectural wonders.

In the morning, enjoy a leisurely cruise at the imperial summer resort of the Qing Dynasty: Summer Palace. With its perfect layout, magnificent buildings and enchanting landscape, it is the most splendid classical garden in China.In the afternoon, take a short domestic flight from Beijing to Xian. On arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

Discover the ancient highlights of Xian and visit the incredible life-sized Terracotta Warriors. After lunch, we will stroll along the impressive City Walls surrounded the inner Xian. In the evening, enjoy a spectacular Tang Dynasty Show. Enjoy the unique opportunity to indulge in exotic cultural music and dance performance.

In the morning, visit the bustling Muslim Street, a physical mark of the Silk Road. Explore the Arab influence in the middle of China, and savour the fascinating mix of cuisines and delicacies. In the afternoon, take a domestic flight from Xian to Lhasa. On your arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy an authentic Tibetian dinner.

Experience Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery, the 2 largest monasteries in Lhasa. Watch the monks' debate and enjoy their special dance. In the afternoon, visit the Barkhor Street market and find exquisite Tibetan products.

Hike the long stairs and explore the towering walls of the awe-inspiring Potala Palace, the symbol of Tibet and the highest palace in the world. Then discover the Dalai Lama’s former summer residence at Norbulingka. In the afternoon, we will visit a local home to explore the daily life of the Tibetan people.

Take a domestic flight to Chengdu. On arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. On your arrival, take a stroll around People's Park, and head to a local teahouse where a fascinating tea demonstration awaits.

Visit the Chengdu Research Base of the Giant Panda Breeding program, followed by a trip to the Wenshu Temple where you can spend some time sitting in its tea house enjoying a cup of traditional Chinese tea and absorb the special atmosphere of Chengdu and Jinli Old Street. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Take a bullet train from Chengdu to Chongqing. On arrival, enjoy lunch and a brief city tour, before boarding the Sanctuary Yangzi Explorer, your home for the next three nights as you cruise through the scenic Three Gorges region. Lunch and dinner on board.

Start your morning with an early bird tea or coffee and a traditional Tai Chi lesson and work up an appetite for the buffet breakfast. In the morning, visit to an intriguing, secret project, hidden in the mountains of Fuling - The 816 Underground Project or the White Crane Ridge Underwater Museum and a local market tour. Return to Sanctuary Yangzi Explorer for an à la carte lunch in the Dynasty Dining Room, followed by demonstrations such as Chinese foot reflexology and traditional Chinese medicine in the Tang Theatre.

Be in awe as the Sanctuary Yangzi Explorer navigates the striking Three Gorges; Qutang, Wu and Xiling.Enjoy a tea or coffee and practice your Tai Chi. In the morning, go on an excursion to White King Town. Late morning, the commentary on the Qutang Gorge begins on the Explorer Deck.Before returning we will visit a traditional trackers village, where you will have a chance to get a fascinating glimpse of the traditional, rural Chinese community. You’ll find mud huts as homes, basic kitchens where the meat is dried on hooks and coffins in the bedroom. This morning, we will disembark the river cruise in Yi Chang. You will be transferred to the airport for a short domestic flight to Shanghai. On arrival, you will welcome and transfer you to your hotel.

Explore the futuristic Shanghai with stunning modern skylines. We will visit the Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden, Yu Market, the Bund and then enjoy a bird's eye view of modern Shanghai from the Shanghai World Financial Center.

Enjoy your free day in Shanghai at leisure. In the afternoon, enjoy a special Farewell Dinner.

Today, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight home.
